World Clock follows your device’s current time. Meeting Planner holds a selected instant. Back to now returns to the live clock; it never silently moves your selected meeting.
Green means the local time is inside the schedule you configured. It does not mean a person is free. Overnight shifts belong to the weekday on which the shift starts.
Some local times occur twice; choose the offset you intend. Some local times do not exist; pick another time. Time-zone rules use the pinned IANA 2026e dataset. Supported planning dates: 2000–2100; no atomic-clock accuracy claim.
Search includes 312 principal IANA locations and curated aliases. Full IANA zone identifiers and explicit UTC offsets such as UTC+05:30 are supported. Ambiguous abbreviations such as CST are not guessed.
Guest boards stay in this browser. Google sign-in does not upload them. Choose specific guest boards to import. Once you create or import an account board, later edits sync automatically to your account when online.
Account boards contain names, labels, locations and working schedules. They are encrypted on the server, but server operators with access to the encryption key could read them. Account storage requires a verified session and is never cached by the service worker.
Share links include cities, zones and optionally a fixed meeting instant. Anyone with the link can read it, and static links cannot be revoked. See the website Privacy Policy.

Add up to 12 locations to one board and choose a home city. The live world clock shows each local time, date, UTC offset and time difference from home. Check New York, London and Tokyo together without switching between separate clocks. The clock follows your device time; it does not claim atomic-clock accuracy.
Open Meeting Planner, choose a date and local time in your home location, then select Apply time. The selected instant appears in every location on your board, including the local date when a meeting crosses midnight. For example, set a New York time and read the matching London and Mumbai times for that exact date. Use Back to now to return to the live clock.
Set each location's weekly working days and hours, then choose a 15–120 minute meeting duration. Select Find times to compare complete meeting intervals at 15-minute start steps. A 45-minute call between New York, London and Mumbai counts only when the whole 45 minutes fits each configured schedule. If there is no common window, the planner shows the best alternatives and identifies who would be outside their hours. These are schedules you enter, not real calendar availability.
Time differences between cities can change when their clocks switch on different dates. Choose the actual meeting date to see the relevant offsets. The planner rejects a local time skipped by a forward clock change and asks you to choose the intended offset when a time occurs twice. Versioned IANA time-zone rules also handle half-hour and 45-minute offsets and days that are 23 or 25 hours long. Planning dates are supported from 2000 through 2100.
The clock, planner, copy, sharing and calendar download are free without sign-in. Save up to five boards in this browser, with up to 12 locations each. Guest boards stay on this device. Google sign-in does not upload them; you choose any guest boards to import. After an account board is created or imported, its later edits sync to your account when online.
Copy times for every selected location, download a single .ics calendar event or create a snapshot link. The .ics file does not send invitations or read your calendar. A snapshot link contains city names, time zones and optionally the selected UTC time and duration; it excludes board names, people labels, working hours and account details. Anyone with the full link can read it, and the link cannot be revoked.
Search covers 312 principal IANA locations plus curated aliases. You can also enter a supported full IANA zone identifier or an explicit offset such as UTC+05:30. Ambiguous abbreviations such as CST are not guessed; choose the city or zone you mean.

Yes. Supported IANA zones and explicit UTC offsets include fractional-hour differences such as UTC+05:30 and UTC+05:45.
Download a single .ics event for the selected time. Import it into a compatible calendar yourself; the tool does not send invitations or request calendar access.
A snapshot link includes city names, time zones, the home location index and optionally the selected UTC instant and duration. It excludes board names, people labels, work schedules and account identity. Anyone with the full link can read it; it cannot be revoked.
Guest boards stay in this browser. Google sign-in alone does not upload them. You choose which guest boards to import; subsequent account-board edits sync when online.
